Management Reporting
A monthly pack built around the three or four decisions you actually make — not a forty-page export nobody opens.

What this actually involves
Most reporting packs are an act of compliance dressed as insight. Ours starts from the opposite end: what are you deciding this quarter, and which numbers would change your mind?
We build a fixed pack — income statement with prior-period and budget comparison, balance sheet, cash flow, and the two or three operating measures specific to your trade: gross margin by channel, revenue per head, contribution per site, recovery rate per job.
Each pack carries written commentary. If gross margin fell 240 basis points, the pack says so and says why, in a sentence somebody who has never read a trial balance can act on.
Where you report to a bank, a funder or a board, the pack is built to the format they actually asked for, so it does not have to be rebuilt every quarter.
